New Patient Information
If you are a new patient and have not yet had the opportunity to meet Dr. Yang, you are in the right place! On our website there is a lot of information available to you regarding the various procedures we offer, however, this is just the beginning. To fully understand everything written on the website, Dr. Yang’s blogs, and Makemeheal.com it is important to meet with Dr. Yang so that he can more aptly address your concerns as each individual patient presents a unique case requiring a different surgical perspective.
Contacting the office is the first step to take when beginning to think about plastic surgery. Our patient care coordinators will take it from there and schedule your consultation with Dr. Yang at your earliest convenience. Dr. Yang offers two different types of consultations for new patients who are considering a first time facial procedure, a traditional in-office cosmetic consultation and a virtual consultation. For patients who have already had a facial plastic surgery procedure and want a second opinion from Dr. Yang, we offer post-operative counseling.
Before your consultation, new patient paperwork must be filled out and submitted to the office. This paperwork can be accessed by clicking here, and may be emailed, faxed or brought into the office with you on the date of the appointment. If you have any special requests for us or if we can make your appointment more comfortable in any way, please let us know ahead of time and we will be sure to prepare for your visit so that we may accommodate any special needs you may have.
Call us toll-free at (877) 692-3223, or for local calls (212) 787-7188, Monday through Friday 9AM-4:30PM.
